The dishes: Chef Gilles Hémart dares to combine unexpected flavours inspired by his travels. Refinement, playful textures, colours, flavour pairings, exotic tastes… everything is there to surprise us.

Lunch service: Tuesday through Saturday from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Dinner service: Tuesday through Saturday from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
