L’Orangerie: A contemporary setting with shimmering tones and a windowed façade that opens onto the terrace.
The dishes: The cuisine is either delicious, quick and simple or refined, dynamic and gastronomic. These two concepts, orchestrated by chefs Jean-Baptiste Drey-Blum and Damien Piochon, are based on Touraine products.
