Their expertise: Beyond traditional and often predominantly pork dishes, Bruno Goulay offers you a wide selection of prepared dishes and specialties: from savoury entremets to salads.
The product: Finish your shopping with an array of butcher’s items, creamery and products of the estate (wine, beers, fruit juices, soups, etc.).
- The bidouille, a sausage cooked in Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine with pistachio and cumin, perfect for an apero!
- Their head pâté, top ranked in 2017 by Federation of Charcuterie-Caterers (la Fédération des Charcutiers Traiteurs).
