The hospitality: This lovely, modern boutique houses treasures. It’s impossible to not give in!
Their expertise: Made famous for their traditional pork products, Vincent Fessard expresses his creativity through savoury and original entremets that fill his display window, especially on weekends.
The accolades: 1st in the regional contest for their blood sausage, 1st in the department’s contest for their cracklings, a bronze medal in the French championship for their cooked ham and a silver medal internationally for their fresh-cut, unsmoked sausage.

We love...
  • The savoury entremets! Especially the millefeuille with pork confit, the avocado-shrimp eclair and the salmon crackers.
  • Letting ourselves be overwhelmed by the “Délice Tourangeau”, made of rillettes, cracklings, mashed pear and Vouvray.
  • Being able to order delivery of these items throughout the Tours area.
  • The Easter pâté: it’s exceptional!

Open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.

Open Wednesday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
