The accolades: 1st in the regional contest for their blood sausage, 1st in the department’s contest for their cracklings, a bronze medal in the French championship for their cooked ham and a silver medal internationally for their fresh-cut, unsmoked sausage.
- The savoury entremets! Especially the millefeuille with pork confit, the avocado-shrimp eclair and the salmon crackers.
- Letting ourselves be overwhelmed by the “Délice Tourangeau”, made of rillettes, cracklings, mashed pear and Vouvray.
