The place: This modernly decorated charcuterie shop offers numerous traditional specialties elegantly arranged in their display case.

Their expertise: Sébastien Dubourg received his charcuterie training in the form of a CAP (Certificate of Professional Aptitude). He passes on his passion to two apprentices annually.

Open Tuesday through Saturday from 7:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.

Open Sunday from 7:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
