The place: This modernly decorated charcuterie shop offers numerous traditional specialties elegantly arranged in their display case.
Their expertise: Sébastien Dubourg received his charcuterie training in the form of a CAP (Certificate of Professional Aptitude). He passes on his passion to two apprentices annually.
• The near totality of house-made products that respect the national “Qualichef” label.
• The owner’s wife who roams the local markets in her truck on weekends.
• The boutique that is filled daily with regular customers and the two clerks’ smiles.
• The “bidouille du charcutier,” a special aperitif with local flavours from Roi rose and Sainte-Maure.
