The cellar master: From public servant to cellar master was a short leap, or almost! It was a happy change for Philippe Vigeant who turned his passion into a career, who studied at Suze-la-Rousse to receive his sommelier degree.
The wines: These 300 scrupulously chosen vintages are mostly organic and biodynamic. Philippe leaves 2 or 3 times per year to discover new vineyards to add to his collection.
The tastings: There are always some open bottles to discover privately or in a group.
- Knowing that refreshing white, rosé and sparkling wines await us to quench our thirst.
- The tasting evenings organized every month to meet the winemakers.
- The range of beers but also the delicatessen with its tartine spreads, tapas, olive oils from Italy and Crete, and gift ideas (glasses, carafes, bottle openers).
Open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Open Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
